Welcome to Score Smart PTE! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, scoresmartpte.com, and your enrollment in our courses and programs. By accessing our website and/or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Program Details

10 Session Guaranteed Program

  • You are eligible for our “10 Session Guaranteed Program.” If you do not achieve the target score after completing the 10 sessions, you will receive an additional 10 sessions at no extra cost.

Demo Class

  • We provide one demo class per enrollment. No additional demo classes will be offered.

Additional Enrollment Option

  • If you are already enrolled in our Two-Week Program, you have the option to enroll in the 10 Session Guaranteed Program by making an extra payment. The details of the extra payment and associated terms will be provided at the time of enrollment.

2. Session Booking Policy

  • Advance Booking Requirement:
    You must book your sessions at least 24 hours in advance. You may book sessions at any time—day, night, or early morning.
  • Compliance:
    Failure to book sessions within the required timeframe may result in session cancellation, and such sessions will not be rescheduled.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms:
    All payments for our courses and programs are final and non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy:
    Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please review your enrollment details carefully before completing your payment.

4. Modifications and Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or enrollment in our programs constitutes your acceptance of any modifications or updates.
